What our own test showed
When we tested a flow from an account that sent from a gmail.com address, three emails out of three landed in spam. SPF and DKIM passed. DMARC failed, because the sender was a domain the account did not own. A store that sends from its own checked domain does not have that problem. That is why setup is step one.
Every week after
Campaigns go to the people who read and click. The whole list hears from you about once a month or on a big date. We watch the spam rate in Google Postmaster Tools, keeping it under 0.1% and never near 0.3%, plus every send's bounces and complaints.
Your account stays yours
We work inside your Klaviyo as invited users. You keep the account, the list and the data. If we ever stop working together, everything stays where it is.
